Meet Ashley,
Ashley grew up in a small town in Maine. Her parents, brother/sis in law, niece & nephew still reside there. Her Niece & Nephew are bright lights in her life. Ashley now resides in Rhode Island with her 2 cats, She is currently working for Nike as an Athlete Services Coach. Growing up, Ashleys real interest in life was Fashion. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Fashion Merchandising and Retail marketing & Management. After years of being overweight, eating unhealthy & feeling uncomfortable, she decided to hire a trainer. Ashleys fitness journey started at the end of 2013 when she began running, a few years later, she began lifting. It was when her mindset and body started to change in a healthy, positive way that Ashley knew what her purpose in life was. She got certified as a Personal Trainer in 2019 and couldn’t be more excited to help other women transform their lives for the better.
