This 8 week program was created to teach woman how to build confidence and strength through fitness. No matter what your fitness level or journey, consider this program the push, challenge & growth you deserve!

The information in the Sweat & Shine program was designed from my own experience and scientifically proven information from my Ace Certification in Personal training.

I created this program to teach woman how to build confidence and strength through fitness. Growing up, I did not have the knowledge of fueling my body properly or understand the benefits of working out. When I began my fitness journey, I started to see how my life was changing in a positive way, I knew that I had finally figured out what my purpose in life was. I want to be an inspiration to woman, to empower woman to feel good in their minds and bodies. I decided to become a certified personal trainer, so that I could share my knowledge of fitness with other woman, to help them build confidence, become stronger & show them see what their minds and bodies are capable of.

Sweat & Shine Curriculum

  • 8 weeks of group coaching

  • 5 days of workouts a week, 2 active rest days

  • Demo videos for all workouts
